Loading/Unloading:

Please refer to the map below for guidance on how to access the loading dock from University Drive. The red path indicates the route to the loading dock entrance. After unloading, exhibitors have two parking options:

• Option 1: Follow the blue path to the Welcome Center Garage and park in the Text-to-Pay spaces located on the roof.
• Option 2: Follow the black path to the Text-to-Pay lot across the street from the loading dock.

Advance Shipping:

Please note that advance shipping is not available for the Seattle Performing and Visual Arts College Fair.

This year, we were unable to secure a hotel block due to high demand from other events taking place in Houston. However, we recommend this hotel, as it is conveniently located on campus, right next to the Student Center South.
