To promote a more sustainable fair, NACAC will not be providing a table cover at each table for the NACAC Boston STEM College and Career Fair. However, we do acknowledge that a table cover may not be available for every school. We will be bringing some to have onsite, but to have an accurate count, please fill out this survey indicating your need. Please let me know by September 3.
Transportation, Directions and Parking:
The Parking garages adjacent to the north side of the Ohio Union are operated by CampusParc. Their number is 614-688-0000 and their website is: http://www.osu.campusparc.com
The following instructions and links provide helpful information on how to use their parking facilities.
The Ohio Union South Garage is located immediately adjacent to the north side of the building with access from High Street and College Road. This garage offers 800 visitor-only spaces, including accessible parking and main campus disability permit access. Recommended for non-University guests.
The Ohio Union North Garage is located just north of the Ohio Union South Garage and provides an additional 600 visitor parking spaces during off-peak hours. Guests of the Ohio Union may utilize this garage from 4:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, unless CampusParc is pre-selling the South garage.  Guests without valid permits may not access this garage during peak hours.
 Upon arrival, please pull a ticket from the gate machine.  You must have this white ticket to depart from either garage.  If you have been provided an Exit Voucher Sticker, apply that sticker on the designated location on the garage ticket to exit the garage.  Garages do not have an attendant present. There is a pay-on-foot machine that accepts Visa, MC and Discover credit cards and cash.  
If these garages are full, an alternate parking location is available just South of the Ohio Union at the South Campus Gateway garage on 11th Avenue just East of High Street, and North of the Ohio Union at the Arps Garage, on College Road just North of 18th Avenue.
Advanced Shipping:

Each package is a $15 Drayage charge. Please see the Drayage form with all the details regarding in-bound and outbound packages. Please note that shipments will not be accepted prior to Tuesday, September 16th.
Electrical:
There is a limited availability of electricity at this fair. If you would like to request a connection, please fill out this survey. Please note that this is on a first come, first serve basis. Please let us know by September 3.

It is also recommended connecting with your conference hotel about potentially extending your stay if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: NACAC does not share your contact information with our contracted host hotels. NACAC host hotels will not reach out to you directly for payment or registration details. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be with a hotel, do not provide them with any personal or financial information. Please contact collegefairs@nacacnet.org if you have any questions.
Exhibitor App:
GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC's exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.
*Please be sure to download the app prior to arrival*. Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.

NACAC College Fair Attendee Mobile App
The NACAC College Fair Attendee App will be available to download and will allow attendees to have instant access to crucial fair information including their lead retrieval barcode, the list of exhibiting colleges (including the locator map), list of colleges that matched their preferences via Matchmaking, and much more.
In addition to enhancing the attendee experience, we believe it will enhance the experience for the exhibiting college representatives, as well, as we believe this will drive even more traffic to those schools that attendees match with. Please note, the NACAC College Fair Attendee App does not replace the GTCF MobileScan App or change the lead retrieval process for you in any way. We are just providing this information to you as a courtesy and so that you are aware of this exciting new feature.
