Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors can update their booth signage and the exhibitor contact in the Community Hub. Instructions on how to do so can be found in the document HERE.

Please Note: We encourage exhibiting institutions to make any changes to their booth signage as soon as possible. Changes made less than 2 weeks prior to the event are not guaranteed to make it on NACAC marketing materials and show signage. 

Transportation, Directions, & Parking:

NRG Center events utilize Gate 10 on the corner of Kirby and McNee. Type in the address: 8600 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX 77054 for specific driving directions.

NOTE: Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to purchase a parking pass WITH in-and-out privileges. Regular parking passes do not include in-and-out privileges and must be specifically requested.

Exhibitor App:

GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.

Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.
