Transportation, Directions, and Parking:
The Kansas City Convention Center is located in downtown Kansas City, MO. All major highways feed into downtown, so the convention center is easily accessible. See directions from nearby starting points and local areas.
Parking is not offered directly at the convention center; however, there are many garages, and lots located nearby. The closest parking garages to the Grand Ballroom are the Kauffman Center Garages. Parking is $20-30/day and operated through LAZ Parking.
Parking facilities are on a first come, first served basis. Parking fees for event attendees, exhibitors and other show personnel will be charged according to current parking rates; Validation options available through LAZ Parking. Loading/Unloading:
The Grand Ballroom Loading Dock is located between 14th and 16th Street on Central Ave. Those using handcarts and small dollies may deliver their materials directly through the Grand Ballroom main entrance at 16th and Wyandotte Street.
