About Elevate Equity 2023

Teams of leaders from colleges and universities across the United States gathered to work and learn from each other as they developed a framework to advance equity in college admission practices and policies.

One important goal of Elevate Equity 2023 was to operationalize the framework developed within the report, β€œToward a More Equitable Future for Postsecondary Access.” The report sought to reimagine college admission and financial aid through an equity lens. The group addressed an overarching need identified in the report: higher education leaders need time dedicated to taking a broad view of efforts to improve equity and ensure alignment between institutional equity goals and admission policies and practices.

In its inaugural year, Elevate Equity 2023 was by invitation only.
