The Annual Member Vote 2026 will launch at 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday, July 15 and remain open until 5 p.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 11.

Voting will once again be conducted electronically via ElectionBuddy. To participate in this year’s Annual Member Vote, you must have been a NACAC voting member by May 16. Please contact governance@nacacnet.org if you have questions about your eligibility.

On July 15, all eligible voting members will receive an email from invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com that contains their personalized voting link. If you won’t be using your institution’s email over the summer, please contact governance@nacacnet.org to provide an alternate email address to receive your voting link.

Take advantage of this opportunity to exercise your voting privileges and participate in the selection of three board trustees. Together, we are building a strong and inclusive association that supports our profession and the students we serve.

The Annual Member Vote requires that 1,000 eligible voting members submit a ballot to constitute a quorum.
