Arlington, VA (Sept. 15, 2026) – At the conclusion of NACAC Conference 2026 on Oct. 10, seven new members will join the NACAC Board of Trustees. They bring expertise and perspectives from college admission leadership, community-based organizations, public high schools, and a world-renowned education non-profit.
They include:
Ramon Blakley, Ed.D., chair-elect: Ramon is assistant vice provost of admissions at The University of Texas at Austin. With more than two decades of experience in higher education, he held leadership roles at public and private institutions, has served NACAC as a board member, and served as past president of the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling. Ramon holds a doctorate in higher education leadership and brings extensive experience and commitment to the college admission profession.
David Follick, Ed.D., elected board trustee: David is assistant vice president for academic student services at Nassau Community College (NY). A higher education leader with extensive experience in admission and student services, he previously served as dean of admissions at Nassau Community College and director of undergraduate admissions at St. John’s University. David also is a past president of the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling. He brings a strong commitment to student success and the college admission profession to NACAC’s Board of Trustees.
Emmanuel Moses, elected board trustee: Emmanuel is senior director of college access and success at The Opportunity Network (NY), where he leads efforts to support students through the college access and success journey. With more than a decade of experience in college access, equity, and nonprofit leadership, Emmanuel brings a strong commitment to expanding opportunity for historically underserved students and communities. He also has held leadership roles with New York State Association for College Admission Counseling and the Coalition for College.
Linh Snyder, elected board trustee: Linh is a college counselor at Malibu High School (CA) with more than a decade of experience in college counseling and admission, including prior experience in undergraduate admission. A longtime NACAC volunteer, she has served as a Guiding the Way to Impact (GWI) faculty member, NEXT participant, and member of NACAC’s Ad Hoc Committee on Mental Health and Equity in the Transition to Postsecondary Education.
Stephanie Dickerson, Affiliate Presidents Council coordinator: Stephanie is associate director of admissions for outreach and scholarships at the University of Louisville (KY). A longtime Kentucky Association for College Admission Counseling leader and former president, she joins the board as the elected Affiliate Presidents Council coordinator for the 2026-27 cycle. With nearly a decade of experience in college admission and a passion for leadership, access, and professional development, Stephanie brings a strong commitment to serving students and the college admission counseling profession to the position.
In addition, two new appointed board members will join the Board of Trustees. Appointed board members may serve up to three-year terms, pending annual renewal, and are elected by the Board of Trustees. They are:
John Durante, Ed.D., appointed board trustee: John is principal of Syosset High School (NY) and host of The College Admissions Process Podcast. With more than 30 years in secondary education, he brings extensive experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds and experiences. He is committed to demystifying the college admission process for families, and finds purpose in increasing opportunities for college access, education, and professional engagement.
Robb Lee, appointed board trustee: Robb is vice president of marketing and business development at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where he leads marketing, communications, and business development to strengthen member value and advance the organization’s mission. A seasoned association marketing and communications leader, Robb brings extensive experience in strategy, brand development, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth to NACAC’s Board of Trustees.
