Board of Trustees

NACAC is governed by a Board of Trustees, experts elected by eligible voting members of NACAC. The Board of Trustees, led by the Executive Committee of the board, has full power, direction, and authority over the affairs of the Association.

The board is guided by a code of conduct and is advised by professionals who serve on a NACAC committee of the board, a national standing or special committee, commission, or task force appointed by the members of the board, to support well-informed and strategic decision-making.
