Transportation, Directions, & Parking:
The Oncenter Parking Garage & Parking Lot are operated by ASM Global and are the primary parking accommodations for events held in any of The Oncenter’s three facilities (Convention Center, War Memorial Arena and Civic Center Theaters).
Note: Both parking options are credit card / mobile payment ONLY as the facility is cashless.
Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the facility, event-specific parking rates will be listed on entry signage. Overnight parking is not permitted.
Additional parking is available in the downtown area however they are not affiliated with the facility. Pricing and policies may vary per location.
The Oncenter Parking Garage is located at 400-498 E. Adams Street, Syracuse, NY 1302 with a skybridge connecting to the convention center.
The Oncenter Parking Lot is located at 400-498 Harrison Street, Syraucse, NY 13202.
Note: The parking garage has more available spaces than the parking lot.

Loading/Unloading:
Load-in will take place through the front entrance. (800 S. State Street, Syracuse, NY 13202)
Please note that parking is NOT allowed in front of the building. Please pull up to the cut out on State Street to unload your items (if space allows). Then proceed to move your car into the open lot or garage, located immediately across the street (see parking information above). If the cut out on State Street is full, please do not block traffic and proceed to the lot or garage for parking.

Shipping Deadline:
All shipments must arrive to the advance warehouse by February 27, 2026. If your shipment arrives after this date, you will be charged an additional fee – please see attached exhibitor kit for details regarding rates & fees.
The absolute latest date for shipments to arrive to the advance warehouse is March 6, 2026, with late fee applied. Any shipments sent to the advance warehouse after March 6, 2026, will not be accepted.
Shipping hours are Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Straight Time) at the warehouse.
No shipments will be accepted on weekends or holidays.
Mandatory Documentation: Shipments received without receipts, freight bills or specified unit counts on the receipts or freight bills, such as UPS, DHL and FedEx, will be delivered to the exhibitor’s booth without guarantee of the piece count or condition. Great Lakes Expo Services Company will assume no liability for such shipments.
Material Handling Charge:
ADVANCE CRATED SHIPMENT: Arriving on or before deadline date. Each shipment is considered separately. No cumulative weights will be allowed.
Rate: $ 90.00 per cwt. (100lbs.) Minimum charge of 200 lbs. totaling $180.00
ADVANCE CRATED SHIPMENTS ARRIVING AFTER THE DEADLINE OF FEBRUARY 27, 2026: Advance rate plus additional $30.00 per cwt. (100 lbs)
FREIGHT LOADING /UNLOADING ON OVERTIME HOURS: Advance rate plus additional $35.00 per cwt. Overtime includes Monday – Friday 4:00 P.M. and beyond, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays
FREIGHT SHIPPED BACK TO WAREHOUSE UPON SHOW CLOSING: $60.00 per cwt. (minimum $120.00)
**FREIGHT ARRIVING AT THE WAREHOUSE AFTER THE SHOW OPENS WILL BE REFUSED!

Hotel Accommodations:
An official room block has been contracted through Marriott Syracuse Downtown at a rate of $183/night before additional taxes and fees.
To secure a room at this rate, you must reserve your room through the booking link here.
The cut-off date to reserve a room through this block is Monday, February 23, 2026.
Exhibitor App:
GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.

Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.
