Exhibitor Information

Please Note: We encourage exhibiting institutions to make any changes to their booth signage as soon as possible. Changes made less than 2 weeks prior to the event are not guaranteed to make it on NACAC marketing materials and show signage.
Exhibitor Booth Package:

Transportation, Directions, & Parking:
Advanced parking can be purchased online HERE.
This will guarantee you a space at your selected parking facility. Please note if pre-purchased parking isn’t available, you can still view the facility’s real time parking availability for all of the available parking facilities here
Tip: North Lot (50 E Goodale St) and Goodale Garage (70 E Goodale St) are the closest garages to the exhibit hall.

All electrical services are provided through the convention center for an additional cost. Please find more information here.
Hotel Accommodations:
An official room block has been contracted at the Sonesta Columbus Downtown at a rate of $159/night before taxes & fees. Reservations must be made through the reservation link here. The cutoff date for booking accommodations within this block is Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
Exhibitor App:
GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.

Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.
