Exhibitor Guidelines:

Prohibited items at our events: water bottles, apparel (e.g. t-shirts, hats, socks, sweatshirts), food/candy, bags, balloons, stickers, and toys/noisemakers.

The NACAC negotiated rate is $129/night plus tax, and the cutoff date to make your reservation is Monday, March 3, 2026.

Reservations can be made online by using the NACAC personalized reservation link.

Please note space in the block is limited, and the block may fill up prior to the cut-off date. We recommend making your reservation early if you wish to stay within the NACAC block.

Exhibitor App:

GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.

Please be sure to download the app prior to arrival. Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors can update their booth signage and the exhibitor contact in the Community Hub. Instructions on how to do so can be found in the below document. Please Note: We encourage exhibiting institutions to make any changes to their booth signage as soon as possible. Changes made less than 2 weeks prior to the event are not guaranteed to make it on NACAC marketing materials and show signage.
