Transportation, Directions, and Parking:
The Hy-Vee Arena is in Kansas City, MO’s West Bottoms. All major highways feed into West Bottoms, so it is easily accessible. When approaching the fork on Genessee St., please turn right to access the north parking lot reserved for exhibitors.
There is no fee to park. However, parking is on a first come first served basis. If the north parking lot is full, you may use the West Bottoms parking garage, however, you must pay to park. The West Bottoms parking garage is near the arena (northwest of the building), at the corner of American Royal Drive and State Line Road.
Loading/Unloading:
Parking is offered through Hy-Vee Arena directly. To access the loading dock, after turning right at the fork on Genessee St., take the second left to find the loading dock. You may temporarily park your car, enter through the glass doors and take the elevator to level 3. The Upper Bowl will be straight ahead. After unloading you will need to move your car to the north lot to finish setting up your booth.

NACAC College Fair Attendee Mobile App:
We wanted to make you all aware of an exciting attendee enhancement that we will be continuing at our National College Fairs this season. The NACAC College Fair Attendee App will be available to download for all attendees and will allow attendees to have instant access to crucial fair information including their lead retrieval barcode, the list of exhibiting colleges (including the locator map), list of colleges that matched their preferences via Matchmaking, and much more.
In addition to enhancing the attendee experience, we believe it will enhance the experience for the exhibiting college representatives, as well, as we believe this will drive even more traffic to those schools that attendees match with. Please note, the NACAC College Fair Attendee App does not replace the GTCF MobileScan App or change the lead retrieval process for you in any way. We are just providing this information to you as a courtesy and so that you are aware of this exciting new feature.
