Loading/Unloading:

Exhibitors should enter via the Madison Ave Entrance. The area in front of the building is a loading zone with 15-minute parking. The convention center asks you to unload your vehicle and then move the vehicle immediately after to avoid congestion in front the building. You may unpack and set up after parking or if carry-in only, proceed to the convention center after parking. Parking is available immediately across the street via the Open Air Lot or the Kenton County Parking Garage located next to the Open Air Lot.

Tip: The Kenton County Parking Garage typically offers cheaper parking than the Open Air Lot

Shipping Deadline:

All shipments must be received by Thursday, September 18, 2025, by 3PM.

Material Handling Charge:

Shipments are billed per 100 lbs. with a 200 lb. minimum. Please see Smith Expo Exhibitor kit for additional information.

Accommodations:

A hotel block has been confirmed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Riverwalk. You can reserve a room using the reservation link here. The cut-off for this room block is Saturday, August 30, 2025.
