It has been brought to our attention that people have been contacted by someone claiming to be working with the NCF Birmingham (Trade Show Planners, host hotel) and are being asked about travel arrangements, hotel stays, etc. Note that we do not work with a company called “Trade Show Planners” and none of our vendors should be asking you this information. Please take caution if you receive an email or phone call like these situations.

Prohibited items at our events: water bottles, apparel (e.g. t-shirts, hats, socks, sweatshirts), food/candy, bags, balloons, stickers, and toys/noisemakers

Transportation, Directions and Parking:

The P1 & P4 and any available street parking facilities will be the parking locations available for the event.

These parking garages are CASHLESS, and you must have a card available to make your payment.

Use the downloadable parking map to find the P1 and P4 parking lots.

The loading dock #4 will be the loading/unloading area closest to Hall 3

Vendors/Exhibitors can park in the dock for 30 – 45 mins. to unload but cannot park there for the duration of the event.
