It has been brought to our attention that people have been contacted by someone claiming to be working with the NCF Seattle (Trade Show Planners, host hotel) and are being asked about travel arrangements, hotel stays, etc. Note that we do not work with a company called “Trade Show Planners” and none of our vendors should be asking you this information. Please take caution if you receive an email or phone call like these situations.

The Seattle Convention Center recommends parking in one of the two SCC parking garages: Arch Garage (On 8th Avenue, between Pike & Seneca Streets) or Freeway Park Garage (On Hubbell Place, between Pike & Seneca Streets).

Loading/Unloading:
The loading/unloading entrance to the Seattle Convention Center is the area referred to as the “Arch South Hand Carried Freight/Small Vehicle Delivery”. South Hand Carried Freight (HCF) is located on aisle “G” of the main garage. Maximum height is 6’5”. Please be advised that for any vehicle larger than 6’5″ in height, these need to be directed to the SCC’s loading dock. The Hand Carried Freight elevator will be operated ONLY during the published Exhibitor Set-up and Dismantle hours. To expedite your work, the Convention Center has a limited number of flatbeds available. Carts are checked out of the HCF zone in the garage. Complimentary parking is available for loading/unloading in the garage only if you enter and exit within one hour. You can have your parking ticket validated at the HCF Service Desk.
