Transportation, Directions, and Parking:

Parking for guests of the Convention Center is available at the attached South Avenue Garage, with entrances on both Broad Street, South Avenue and Stone Street. Please visit the Convention Center’s website for information on parking rates and directions.

Loading/Unloading:

The loading dock is located on South Avenue. Check in with the security officers inside the loading dock area and they will direct you to where to unload. Materials are to be hand carried or carted in by the exhibitors into the exhibit hall. Vehicles may not park in the loading area after unloading or loading materials.

Exhibitor App:

GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.

Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.

While light refreshments will be provided, NACAC strongly encourages you to eat a full meal before you arrive.

Exhibitor Information:

Exhibitors can update their booth signage and the exhibitor contact in the Community Hub. Instructions on how to do so can be found in the below document. Please Note: We encourage exhibiting institutions to make any changes to their booth signage as soon as possible. Changes made less than 2 weeks prior to the event are not guaranteed to make it on NACAC marketing materials and show signage.
