Loading/Unloading:

All vehicles can access Ft. Duquesne Boulevard via the 10th Street bypass. The loading/unloading entrance is located on Ft. Duquesne Boulevard, between 9th and 10th Streets.

IMPORTANT: You may not park in the loading zone for any time.  You will drop your materials off with a laborer, move your car and come back.  The laborer will help take your materials to your booth.

If you are walking or not driving, you may hand carry or bring a small roller bag through the East Lobby entrance.

The NACAC negotiated rate is $219/night plus tax, and the cutoff date to make your reservation is Monday, January 19, 2026.

Please note space in the block is limited, and the block may fill up prior to the cut-off date. We recommend making your reservation early if you wish to stay within the NACAC block.

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors can update their booth signage and the exhibitor contact in the Community Hub. Instructions on how to do so can be found in the below document. Please Note: We encourage exhibiting institutions to make any changes to their booth signage as soon as possible. Changes made less than 2 weeks prior to the event are not guaranteed to make it on NACAC marketing materials and show signage.
