Materials may be hand-carried through the main lobby entrance. Loading dock 9/10 will also be available for those bringing in large amounts of materials.

The NACAC negotiated rate is $149/night plus tax, and the cutoff date to make your reservation is Last Day to Book: Friday, February 20, 2026
