Transportation, Directions, and Parking:
Parking information and directions are located on the Palmer Event Center website.
Effective January 1, 2026, regular daily parking rates will increase to $12.
Park in the four-story, 1,200-space garage, right next to the venue. It has two entrances, one on Riverside Dr. and another on Barton Springs Rd. Pro Tip: If there is any traffic, enter on Riverside.
Loading/Unloading:
Exhibitors or vendors can park in the service yard as long as there is space available. When the service yard is full, overflow parking goes into the garage. Those included in the overflow should expect to pay $12 (or a special event rate) to park. Rules may vary slightly depending on the event.[

Advance Shipping Deadline: All Materials must be received by 3:30pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
Please note there is no direct-to-show site shipping; SES is not responsible for shipments sent directly to the show site. Labels can be found in the Exhibitor Kit.

Electrical services are provided through the Palmer Events Center and can be ordered through the online ordering portal. Scroll through until you see NCF Austin and click ‘Go to Store’. For discounted rate, please order before February 18. More information can also be found in the packet below.

Exhibitor App:
GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.
*Please be sure to download the app prior to arrival*. Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.

NACAC College Fair Attendee Mobile App
The NACAC College Fair Attendee App will be available to download and will allow attendees to have instant access to crucial fair information including their lead retrieval barcode, the list of exhibiting colleges (including the locator map), list of colleges that matched their preferences via Matchmaking, and much more.
In addition to enhancing the attendee experience, we believe it will enhance the experience for the exhibiting college representatives, as well, as we believe this will drive even more traffic to those schools that attendees match with. Please note, the NACAC College Fair Attendee App does not replace the GTCF MobileScan App or change the lead retrieval process for you in any way. We are just providing this information to you as a courtesy and so that you are aware of this exciting new feature.
