To access the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center shuttle, go to the main level of the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour. DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center shuttles does not pick up on the baggage claim level. Parking is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center. Self-parking is $15.00 per day (with in and out privileges).

Loading/Unloading Entrance: 

Exhibitors should use the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center entrance off 7th Street. Go straight to the back of the building and a facility control officer will direct you to the loading dock. Signs pertaining to move-in will also be posted.

Electrical Service: 

The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is the exclusive contractor for electrical services. For questions, please call 305-261-3800 or 305-260-8906.
