On behalf of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), you are cordially invited to our Capitol Hill Briefing and Reception on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 4-6 p.m. in the Senate Dirksen Office Building, room G50.
This briefing will discuss the importance of federal policy in strengthening student access to postsecondary pathways, increasing affordability, and ensuring districts have the capacity to support students as they navigate college and career decisions. Our esteemed panelists will highlight how college admission counseling supports students across the full range of postsecondary options — including two-year programs, certificate programs, and four-year institutions. Experts will highlight how admission counseling is a core student support function and how federal policies can support these critical services.
