Sign Up for a Week of Inspiration

On behalf of NACAC CEO Angel B. Pérez, you’re invited to join him for a week of leadership inspiration. You’ll receive daily emails with short, practical tips drawn from his book, The Hottest Seat on Campus: A Roadmap for Mastering Leadership in College Admission. These insights are grounded in more than two decades of experience in leadership roles, and the wisdom shared with him by admission deans and colleagues across the country.

While the book centers on leadership in college admission, the lessons are universal — about leading with purpose, navigating complexity, and caring for yourself along the way. Pérez wrote this book to reflect the new shared reality of working in an age of uncertainty and constant disruption.
