Please note:
It has been brought to our attention that people have been contacted by someone claiming to be working with the NCF Honolulu (Trade Show Planners, host hotel) and are being asked about travel arrangements, hotel stays, etc. Note that we do not work with a company called “Trade Show Planners” and none of our vendors should be asking you this information. Please take caution if you receive an email or phone call like these situations.
Exhibitor Guidelines:
Prohibited items at our events: water bottles, apparel (e.g. t-shirts, hats, socks, sweatshirts), food/candy, bags, balloons, stickers, and toys/noisemakers

Transportation, Directions, and Parking:
Mini vans, pickup trucks and personal vehicles with freight loads are directed to the HCC parking level.
The HCC parking entrance is on the Kalakaua Avenue side of the center.
- Persons with freight are not permitted in the “front” passenger elevators.
- Persons with freight (boxes, carts, etc.) are directed to park in ROW F and use the Freight elevators marked “#8 (furthest one).
- From the parking level, take the elevator down to Level 1.
- Exit the freight elevators and follow the signs to the back of Exhibition Hall 3.
The current HCC self-parking rate is $15.00 per vehicle exit. There is a 30-minute parking “grace period” at no fee for quick pickups or drop-offs.
On the day of the fair, the HCC will plan to schedule a “parking cashier” stationed in the front lobby of Ex Hall 3 area to transact parking prepayment. The center accepts credit or debit cards and cash for payment.

Loading/Unloading:
The dock entry is on Kahakai Drive of the center. The center has only 12x loading dock slips, so scheduling of its use and assignment is important. The loading dock is 9-feet deep, so generally only commercial licensed vehicles access the loading dock, e.g., containers; box trucks; flat beds; etc.
Here is the loading dock form that we need all non-personal vehicles to fill out. Anything over 8’ with preapproval can use the loading dock.
