In-Person Lead Retrieval (Attendee Scanning)

All NACAC National College Fair exhibitors will be using the GoToCollegeFairs (GTCF) MobileScan App to capture student leads. Scanners are no longer available at NACAC college fairs. ALL onsite representatives must bring a compatible mobile device with the GTCF App to scan student barcodes. The scanning app will allow access only on the day of the fair. Please have your designated onsite representative download the app and set it up (fair and booth selection) prior to their arrival at the fair.

Understanding Your Lead Data (including Sample Lead Data Report)

To access your leads the individual designated as the leads contact will need to login to the new GoToCollegeFairs.com portal at https://register.gotocollegefairs.com/Account/LogIn. The leads contact will be the person who registered for the fair. If this individual is no longer with your institution or if all leads should be accessed by someone else other than the individual who registered, you may reach out to our customer service at customerservice@nacacnet.org to make the change. Only one person can have access to leads for a specific event.

If the leads contact has not logged into the new portal they can set up an account by clicking on the “colleges register here” link https://register.gotocollegefairs.com/College/Register. Please make sure to use the ‘leads email’ provided to NACAC.

Once registered they will be automatically placed into the leads portal. Then every time they come back to this login page, use the ‘leads email’ and the password they created to get back into that secure portal. All of the leads for NACAC fairs can be accessed here.
