Planning is underway for GWI 2024, but it’s never too early to ask questions. Here are some of the more common ones.
GWI will be held on July 30th – August 1st, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
A room block with a special group rate will be available for attendees. Details coming soon.
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). GWI 2024 will take place in New Orleans
Attire at Guiding the Way to Inclusion is business casual. Wear comfortable shoes. We recommend dressing in layers as air conditioning is difficult to regulate in large facilities. Rooms may be overly warm or cool.
NACAC does not provide childcare services during GWI. Attendees requiring assistance with childcare should contact their hotel concierge.

Yes. Breakfast and an afternoon snack are included throughout the conference; Lunch & Dinner are on your own. There will also be hors d’oeuvres served at the opening reception.
