Why are you serving on the GWI Faculty Advisory Committee?
“I have been working in the admission profession for over 10 years, and I have seen our profession make great strides in terms of diversity and inclusion firsthand. I have also seen just how key GWI has been in this progression. I like that GWI participation has increased yearly and more time has been dedicated at GWI for family group and networking. My desire is to continue this upward trend and work with the brilliant minds of other GWI faculty members to make GWI experience as fulfilling as it can be...I keep coming back to GWI because I enjoy being around like-minded individuals who are committed to making college more inclusive and accessible to populations that have been historically marginalized. I hope to expand on that progress as a GWI faculty member.”
