Stefanie Niles is the NACAC president as well as vice president for enrollment and communications at Ohio Wesleyan University. She formerly was chief enrollment officer at Dickinson College (PA). Niles holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, a master's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington, and a doctorate of education in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania.
Angel Pérez is the vice president for enrollment and student success at Trinity College (CT). Pérez founded Trinity’s Office of Student Success and leads strategic retention efforts with an emphasis on supporting first-generation students. He is a Fulbright alumnus and a past recipient of NACAC’s John B. Muir Award. Perez holds a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College (NY), a master’s degree from Columbia University (NY), a doctorate from Claremont Graduate University (CA), and a teaching certification in higher education pedagogy from the Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning at Harvard University (MA).
Jim Rawlins is the director of admissions/assistant vice president of enrollment management at the University of Oregon. Rawlins is a past president of NACAC and served on the Board of Directors from 2011 to 2014. He holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Florida State University and a master’s in music performance from Southern Methodist University (TX).
