Driving Directions

The Connecticut Convention Center’s main lobby is located on Columbus Blvd. It is accessible from Level P1 of the parking garage. Level P5 of the garage tower provides an alternate entrance, along an outdoor esplanade, to the Center’s riverside entrance.

Loading/Unloading:

The loading dock is accessible from the rear of the convention center, via Sheldon Street, off Columbus Boulevard. When you arrive at the Loading Dock security gate, use the call box, and speak with one of our security personnel who will verify your move-in time and ask you to proceed to the top of the loading dock ramp. At the top of the loading dock ramp, a member of the Marshalling staff will remind you of the following move-in procedures before designating a parking space for move-in.

  • Exhibitors are given 30 minutes to unload.
  • Once unloaded, your vehicle must be removed from the loading dock.
  • Personal vehicles have the option of parking in the Connecticut Convention Center Parking Garage at prevailing rates.

The GPS address for the Connecticut Convention Center Loading Dock is 1 Taylor St., Hartford.

Shipping Deadline:

Advance shipments to the Demers warehouse must arrive between Wednesday, February 19, 2025- Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Please note, shipments arriving outside this date range will incur additional charges. Contact Demers for rates.

The Connecticut Convention Center cannot accept shipments of freight or materials, including overnight or C.O.D. services, prior to the commencement of the Term.
