Shipping Deadline:

All shipments must arrive to the advance warehouse by February 28, 2025. If your shipment arrives after this date an additional late fee will be charged. The absolute latest date for shipments to arrive to the advance warehouse is March 7, 2025 with late fee applied. Any shipments sent to the advance warehouse after March 7, 2025 will not be accepted.

Shipping hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Straight Time) at the warehouse. No shipments will be accepted on weekends or holidays.

Material Handling Charge:

Please view exhibitor kit for prices for various weights. A credit card is required to be on file if you will be using any services provided by Great Lakes Expo Services.

Electrical Services:

Please contact the Buffalo Convention Center for more information as electrical service es are supplied exclusively through the convention center.

Hotel:

A room block is currently being confirmed for this fair and will be posted soon.

PLEASE NOTE: NACAC does not share your contact information with our contracted host hotels. NACAC host hotels will not reach out to you directly for payment or registration details. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be with a hotel, do not provide them with any personal or financial information. Please contact collegefairs@nacacnet.org if you have any questions.

Exhibitor App:

GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.

Please be sure to download the app prior to arrival. Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.
