Loading/Unloading: 

Access to the loading dock is on Pearl Street. The entrance is across the street from the Hyatt Hotel. There are three docks available behind the Exhibit level for loading and unloading. Please keep in mind that the loading dock is strictly for loading and unloading only, not parking.

Advanced Shipping Deadline:

Please note, all packages that arrive after March 8, 2024 will have additional late fee. All packages that arrive after March 14, 2024 will be refused. Please review the exhibitor manual for all charges. 

Material Handling Charge: 

$90.00 per cwt. (100 lbs.) 

Minimum charge of 200 lbs. totaling $180.00. 

Please note that freight will not be accepted without prior payment to Great Lakes Events. Please obtain tracking for all packages. More information on pricing can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.  

Electrical Service: 

Electrical services must be ordered in advance through the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center at 716/855-5555 or fill out the 2023 order form and return via mail or fax (716/855-3158).  

Host Hotel:  

Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center 

The NACAC negotiated rate is $117/night plus tax, and the cutoff date to make your reservation is Monday, March 4, 2024.  

Reservations can be made online by using the NACAC personalized reservation link. 

Please note space in the block is limited, and the block may fill up prior to the cut-off date. We recommend making your reservation early if you wish to stay within the NACAC block. 

Authorized Media:  

NACAC has a long-standing relationship with the Buffalo Business First, the printer of our onsite guide. This guide is distributed to their readership community, as well as made available for the attendees at the fair.
