Board of Directors Call for Candidates

The 2016-2017 Governance and Nominating Committee has begun the process of identifying highly qualified candidates for the NACAC Board of Directors who will be elected in 2017.  Positions to be filled by election of the Assembly include three board directors and the president-elect.  Board directors serve for a term of three years.  The president-elect serves a three-year presidential cycle, followed by an additional year as chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee.  Any NACAC member who meets eligibility requirements may submit for any of the vacancies.
 
The Governance and Nominating Committee seeks NACAC members who have shown a strong commitment to the admission and counseling profession and have served Affiliates and the national Association through substantive leadership roles.  Their goal is to present a slate of nominees that is representative of the diversity of the NACAC membership.  
 
Individuals interested in being considered as candidates for the 2017 NACAC Board of Directors election must meet qualifications described in the Call for Candidates: 2017 Board of Directors Election Information.  All applicants must complete the Candidate Biographical Information Form, the Candidate Reference Form and the Candidate Statement of Institutional Support Form​ to be submitted by March 1, 2017.
