Board of Directors Call for Candidates

The Governance and Nominating Committee is now accepting applications for those interested in being considered for a position on the slate of nominees for the 2019 NACAC Board of Directors election at the 2019 Assembly in Louisville, KY. 

Individuals interested in being considered for a position on the nominee slate for the 2019 NACAC Board of Directors election must meet the qualifications described in the Call for Candidates: 2019 Board of Directors Election Information. All applicants must complete the full Application, which includes the Candidate Biographical Information Form, the Candidate Reference Form and the Candidate Statement of Institutional Support Form.  Please note that applications and supporting documents are due by February 1, 2019.  The Governance and Nominating Committee will review all applications and select the slate of nominees at their meeting in March.

Positions to be filled by election of the Assembly include three board directors and the president-elect. Board directors serve for a term of three years. The president-elect serves a three-year presidential cycle, followed by an additional year as chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee.  Any NACAC member who meets the eligibility requirements may submit their application and supporting documents for any of the open positions for the Governance and Nominating Committee to review.
