Loading/Unloading:
The loading areas are located in the rear of San Miguel Hall and Anacapa Halls (Lot C).
Exhibitors will be instructed to unload and return to move their vehicles to the Main Parking Lot (Lot A). Parking in the loading area is prohibited. |
Electrical Service:
Electrical Services provided exclusively through Ventura County Fairgrounds. Contact Lilia Kenneally at 805/648-3376 ext. 112 for orders. Payment is due 10 business days before the fair, Tuesday, April 9, 2012.
Material Handling Charge:*
Shipping is $104.00 per 100 lbs. (minimum is 200 lb). Small packages (3 pieces max, 50lbs max combined weight) are $45 for the 1st package and $15 for the second and third. All information regarding shipping and material handling needs will be found in the exhibitor kit that will be sent out to exhibitors by Total Expo.
