Loading/Unloading: All vehicles are required to pay a refundable fee of $12* (or $15) per stall. If your vehicle is out of the parking lot within two hours, your fee will be refunded. For trucks over 18’ in length, two stalls are required, and $24 (or $30) will be collected upon move-in. If your stay is over 2 hours, the refund is forfeited. This two- hour refund is available only once a day per vehicle. Once a vehicle pays, you’re allowed “Ins and outs” with no guarantee of a reserved space. |
Electrical Service: Electrical services are supplied exclusively through the Concourse Exhibition Center. Contact the Operations Department at the Concourse Exhibition Center at 415/490-5841 for electrical order forms.
Material Handling Charge:* Shipping is $106.00 per 100 lbs. (minimum is 200 lb). Small packages (3 pieces max, 50lbs max combined weight) are $60 for the 1st package and $20 for the second and third. All information regarding shipping and material handling needs will be found in the exhibitor kit that will be sent out to exhibitors by Total Expo. *Rates are subject to change.
