Shipping Deadline:
Friday, March 15, 2013. Shipments received after this date will be charged the off-target rates that will be outlined in the exhibitor service kit you will receive from Fern Exposition & Event Services.


Loading/Unloading:
Materials may be hand carted through the main entrance of Exhibit Hall C.  Larger items may be unloaded at the Exhibit Hall C loading dock off of Lenoir Street (which is also the entrance to the amphitheater).  Please note that there is no parking in the loading dock area.

​Electrical Service:
Electrical service is provided exclusively through the Raleigh Convention Center.  Visit their Web site  for order forms or contact 919/996-8526.

Material Handling Charge:*
Refer to the Fern Exposition & Event Services exhibitor packet for deadline dates, material handling information, transportation, and any additional equipment orders. Make checks payable to Fern Exposition & Event Services. Indicate the carrier (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, etc.), so that shipment may be tracked. Materials shipped to the authorized shipping address will be delivered to your booth.
