Parking will be located in Green Lots D3 & D4: Redskins Road.  Park in the rear of the lots and the main entrance of the Complex is only a 300-yard walk away.

Shipping Deadline: All materials must arrive after April 11, 2013 for direct shipment.

Loading/Unloading Entrance:
Exhibitors will be directed to the loading dock from 7:30am – 9:00am. Exhibitors will be instructed to unload and return to move their vehicles to lot D3 & D4. Parking in the loading area is prohibited.  

Electrical Service:
Electric/Internet request forms will be supplied and handled directly by Sports and Learning Complex. Please call the Department of Event Services at 301/583-2434 for orders.

Material Handling Charge:
$76.00 dollars per hundred  pounds with a two hundred pound minimum for direct shipments.

$72.00 per hundred pounds with a two hundred pound minimum for advance shipments.
