The hotel is located 17 miles from Pittsburgh International Airport. The Super Shuttle is available from the airport to the hotel. The Westin Convention Center Hotel is connected via enclosed skywalk to the convention center.

Loading/Unloading:
All vehicles can access Ft. Duquesne Boulevard via the 10th Street bypass. The loading/unloading entrance is located on Ft. Duquesne Boulevard, between 9th and 10th Streets.

​Electrical Service:
Electrical services are supplied exclusively through the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Order forms are available online.
 
Material Handling Charge:*
Shipping is $68.00 + PA sales tax, per 100 lbs (minimum is 200 lbs). Advanced freight will not be accepted without the Material Handling Authorization and Payment Policy Forms on file with APA, Inc. Tax-exempt organizations must have a PA tax exemption certificate on file for tax credits.
