Shipping Deadline:

Loading/Unloading:
Use the Perry Parkway entrance across the street from the Hilton. The loading area will be open prior to the start of exhibitor set-up.

 ​Electrical Service:
Electrical service is available at the Montgomery County Agricultural Center; however you are responsible for supplying your own extension cord and/or power strip (110 volt/15 amp maximum).

Material Handling Charge:*
Cost is $30 per carton, minimum $60 Contact the decorator directly to arrange shipping. Make check payable to Reber-Friel Company. *Rates are subject to change. Contact Reber-Friel for current rates.

Recycling Program:
The Montgomery County Recycling Program requires exhibitors to use the recycling dumpster for: mixed/sorted papers, commingled containers and cardboard boxes (flattened). There will be a $75 charge per exhibitor if this program is not implemented.
