Transportation, Directions, and Parking:
To access the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center shuttle go to the main level of the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour. DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center shuttles does not pick up on the baggage claim level. Parking is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center. Self-parking is $7.00 (overnight with in and out privileges) and $12.00 per day for Valet parking (with in and out privileges).  Self-parking rate for the fair is $4.00.

All materials must be received by Monday, February 18, 2013.

Loading/Unloading Entrance:
Exhibitors should use the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center entrance off 7th Street. Go straight to the back of the building and a facility control officer will direct you to the loading dock. Signs pertaining to move-in will also be posted.

​Electrical Service:
The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is the exclusive contractor for electrical services. Please call 305/261-3800 or 305/260-8906 to make arrangements with the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center directly.

Materials Handling Charge:
For crated and/or skidded floor load shipments, the warehouse rate is $56.50 per cwt., with a minimum charge of 200 lbs. Rates include all labor and equipment required to unload shipment, storage up to 30 days in advance at the warehouse address, delivery to booth, handling empty containers to and from storage, and removing shipment from booth for reloading onto outbound carriers.
