Superior Expo Services will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials, at the above address beginning on March 6, 2013. The warehouse will accept freight shipments from 8:30 AM to NOON and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. To check on your warehouse shipment, please call our Exhibitor Services Department at (972) 271-7444.
Shipping Deadline:
Advance shipments may arrive between March 6, 2013 and April 9, 2013.

Loading/Unloading:
The loading dock is located in the back of the Reliant Center. Proceed to the center dock and the “A” Ramp will lead you to the dock closest to Halls A1/A3. Vehicles may not park in the loading area at any time. |
Electrical Service:
Electrical Services are supplied exclusively through the Harper Wood Electric Co. Order online.
Material Handling Charge:*
Shipping is $49 per cwt, 100lbs (minimum charge is 100 lbs). Payment must be received in advance, by check, purchase order, or credit card.
