Shipping Deadline: All materials must be received by Friday, April 19, 2013 by 3:00pm. ICES will start receiving shipments as of Monday, April 8, 2013.
Loading/Unloading:
The loading dock is available for vehicles over 9' in height and reservations for dock space can easily be made via or dock reservation hotline at 808/943 3018. |
Electrical Service:
International Convention & Event Services (ICES) is the contractor for electrical services. For rates, call 808/832-2430.
Materials Handling Charge*:
Shipping is $75 per 100lbs, (200 lb minimum) per shipment. Payment must be received in advance, either by check or credit card. Make check payable to ICES. Materials shipped to the authorized shipping address will be delivered to your booth. Please contact ICES directly to arrange for shipping. ICES Warehouse receiving hours are Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. then 1:00pm to and 3:00 p.m. (Hawaii Standard Time)
