Friday, March 15, 2013. Shipments received after this date will be charged the off-target rates that will be outlined in the exhibitor service kit you will receive from the Fern Exposition & Event Services.


Loading/Unloading:
Follows signs to Independence Hall Loading Area or come to Mart Main Lobby for directions.

​Electrical Service:
Electrical service forms will be included in the service kits mailed by Fern Expo Company, but are billed by The Park.  Please contact Fern Exposition & Event Services for more information, 704/398-7440.


Material Handling Charge:*
Refer to the Fern Exposition & Event Services exhibitor packet for deadline dates, material handling information, transportation, and any additional equipment orders. Make checks payable to Fern Exposition & Event Services. Indicate the carrier (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, etc.), so that shipment may be tracked. Materials shipped to the authorized shipping address will be delivered to your booth.
