Shipping Deadline:
Advanced rates deadline is Friday, February 1, 2013.
Advanced Shipping deadline is 3:00pm, February 8, 2013.

Loading/Unloading:
Exhibitors should follow signs for the Building B & C loading docks.  Security will provide exhibitors with a 1 hour loading/unloading pass at the loading dock entrance.  Security will attempt to contact exhibitors via the telephone number written on the pass if they have gone beyond the one hour – if they cannot make contact and if the vehicle is not removed, towing is enforced.  Directions and additional loading/unloading information is available online.  

Electrical Service:
The Georgia World Congress Center is the exclusive provider for electrical services. Service forms are available online or by calling 404/223-4800.

Material Handling Charge:*
Shipping is $72.25/cwt for multiple carton shipments or single carton shipments over 20 lbs. Shipments are billed per 100 lbs with a 200 lb minimum per shipment. Single carton shipments weighing less than 20 lbs will be charged $27.50/cwt. Advance shipping rates are only available to shipments prior to February 1, 2013. Payment must be received in advance, either by check or credit card.
