Shipping Address:
If as an exhibitor you choose to bring your items with you on the day of the event, the Facility has a "one trip hand carry rule."  If you can carry your items into the building in one trip you may do so utilizing the 9th and Mt. Vernon Place Entrance.  This door is located on 9th Street as the corner of Mt. Vernon Place NW.

Materials must arrive by Friday, September 27.  Check the shipping tracking numbers prior to the event to ensure your materials have been delivered. Please clearly mark all packages:

Transportation and Directions:

By Subway/Metro: The closest metro stop is Mt. Vernon Sq/7th St. Convention Center on the Yellow or Green Line.

From Maryland:
FROM POINTS NORTH - Take I-95 south to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (exit 22B) toward Washington.  Take the Washington exit - US 50 West (on the right).  US-50 West becomes New York Avenue.  Proceed on New York Avenue.  New York Avenue becomes Mt. Vernon Place.  The Walter E. Convention Center will be on your right.

FROM POINT EAST - Take US-50 West.  US-50 West becomes New York Avenue.  New York Avenue becomes Mt. Vernon Place.  The Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be on your right.

FROM POINTS WEST - Take-270 to the Washington Beltway 495 West towards Northern Virginia.  Take the George Washington (GW) Parkway exit to 395 North.  Take the 12th Street exit.  Proceed on 12th Street and then turn right on Massachusetts Avenue.  Massachusetts Avenue will become Mt. Vernon Place.  The Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be on your left.

From Virginia:
FROM POINTS SOUTH - Take I-495 to 395 North to Washington, DC.  Follow 395 North across the 14th Street Bridge.  Stay to the right lanes.  Proceed across the 14th Street Bridge to Independence Avenue.  Turn right on Independence Avenue and proceed 2 blocks to 7th Street.  Turn left on 7th Street and proceed 10 blocks to Mt. Vernon Avenue.  Turn left on Mt. Vernon Place.  The Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be on your right.

FROM POINTS NORTH - Take I-495 to I-66 East.  Take I-66 East to Washington, DC.  Take the Route 50/Constitution Avenue exit.  Proceed on Constitution Avenue to 7th Street.  Turn left on 7th Street.  Proceed 9 blocks on 7th Street to Mt. Vernon Place.  Turn left on Mt. Vernon Place.  The Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be on your right.
