The Hilton is 13 miles from the airport and is connected to the Washington State Convention Center by an underground concourse. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted based on availability. Loading/Unloading:
The loading/unloading entrance to the Washington State Convention Center is the area referred to as the “South Hand Carried Freight/Small Vehicle Delivery”. South Hand Carried Freight (HCF) is located on aisle “G” of the main garage. Maximum height is 6’5”. The Hand Carried Freight elevator will only be operated ONLY during the published Exhibitor Set-up and Dismantle hours. To expedite your work: The Convention Center has a limited number of flatbeds available. Carts are checked out of the HCF zone in the garage. Complimentary parking is available for loading/unloading in the garage for only if you enter and exit within one hour. You can have your parking ticket validated at the HCF Service Desk. |
