The Millennium is located approximately 12 miles from the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Airport and is a five minute walk by skywalk to the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Shipping Deadline: All materials must be received by Wednesday, October 3, 2012

Loading/Unloading:
Take 16th Street, which is behind the Minneapolis Convention Center and stop at the security booth for a 30 minute temporary pass.
Be sure to inform the guard you’re exhibiting at the Minnesota National College Fair and the guard will direct you to the loading dock for Halls D & E.

Electrical Service:
Electrical services are supplied exclusively through the Minneapolis Convention Center. Order forms are available online or by calling 612/335.6550.

Material Handling Charge:*
Small Package: $46 for the first piece and $23 for each additional piece. Maximum weight is 50lbs per shipment per delivery. Shipments over 50lbs will be charged $75.50 per hundredweight with a 200lbs minimum charge at ST/ST.  Payment must be received in advance by check or credit card (preferred method).
