Shipping Deadline:
All materials must be received by Friday, September 28, 2012.

Loading/Unloading:
The Indiana Convention Center will not accept freight shipments of any kind. Any shipments that are sent directly to the Indiana Convention Center on the move-in day, must be routed to the attention of National Expo, Inc. and directed to the docks at the west end of the facility.

​Electrical Service:
Electrical Services are provided exclusively through the Indiana Convention Center. Electrical orders may be placed online or by calling the Utility Department at 317/ 262-3467.

Material Handling Charge:*
Shipments will be accepted within 30 days prior to the show.  Shipments are billed per 100 lbs. with a 200 lbs. minimum per shipment. Small packages (under 20 lbs.) sent directly to show site will be charged a $27.50 flat rate.
