College Conference Manual

College Conference Manual (CCM), published by School Guide Publications, is a recruitment tool for colleges and schools looking to reach students before they attend a College Fair. CCM is distributed to high school juniors and seniors three weeks prior to the fair in their area. Included in each issue is a list of participating schools, information about federal and state financial aid, helpful tips and other editorial from local educators. Counselors use CCM in individual and group counseling sessions; sufficient copies are provided so that students may take home a copy to review with their parents. Colleges are invited to advertise and submit editorial copy about their own programs.

COLLEGEdata, a free college planning web site, provides resources to assist students, parents, counselors, and others who advise students about higher education opportunities. Tools available include a college search engine, scholarship search engine, and EFC calculator, plus three unique tools: an admissions chances estimator, a college net cost calculator, and our newest tool, the College Admissions Tracker, which features profiles from thousands of real college-bound students describing their qualifications and admissions outcomes. COLLEGEdata has the most complete school profiles available, combining the best data from multiple sources on 1,700+ U.S. colleges and universities. In addition, the site features true stories of students on the road to college and more than 100 in-depth articles about admission and financial aid, with a focus on how to choose colleges, prepare for admission, apply for admission, and finance a college education. The COLLEGEdata Data Locker enables users to bookmark articles and save and make notes about their favorite colleges and scholarships. COLLEGEdata is a free service of 1st Financial Bank USA.

College Planning Center of Rhode Island

The College Planning Center of Rhode Island (CPCRI) is a division of the Rhode Island Student Loan Authority, a non-profit state agency.   The CPCRI offers FREE higher education counseling to students and parents throughout the state.  Services include: helping students with college searches, review of admission essays, help with the completion of all financial aid applications, review of award letters, information on financing options to students and parents.  The CPCRI provides free college planning publications to Rhode Island high schools and provides free workshops on all of the areas mentioned above to high schools and organizations throughout the state.

eCampusTours.com

eCampusTours.com, a college planning website that allows prospective college students to "virtually" view thousands of campuses through 360-degree images, has been awarded the Seal of Approval from the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC).  The Seal identifies eCampusTours.com as a quality resource for students, parents and counselors.

eCampusTours.com, produced by Edsouth, allows online viewers to view dorm rooms, classrooms, libraries and other key spots on campus selected by the college and displayed on the official school map.  Students can save a list of favorite tours, link to websites of participating schools and register online for campus visits.  The service is free to colleges and students.  The site also features online college planning and research information, a free scholarship search, scholarship giveaways and online assistance from live representatives.  Currently, over 1200 colleges throughout the country are listed on the site.

My College Options

My College Options is a free college and career planning program designed to assist high school students, their parents and guidance counselors with the college and career planning process.

This program provides feedback directly to students, parents and counselors, both through personalized reports and through personal secure accounts on its website.

Students can create their planning account online, or through completing an offline registration form provided through their counselor or teacher.

The program provides tools such as a sophisticated college match report that shows them the 15 schools that best match their profile out of over 5,000 accredited colleges, a favorites manager to help them organize their choices, FREE ACT/SAT test prep games, as well as access to communicate with college admissions officers and our own team of experts.

The Princeton Review’s Web Site

The Princeton Review (Nasdaq: REVU) offers private tutoring and classroom and online test preparation to help students improve their scores in college and graduate school admissions tests. The Company's free web site helps over half of university-bound student’s research, apply to, prepare for, and learn how to pay for their higher education. The Company also authors more than 200 print and software titles on test preparation, college and graduate school selection and admissions, and related topics.  The Princeton Review is not affiliated with Princeton University and it is not a magazine.
