College Counseling in Cyberspace: Strategies for Using Online College Counseling Tools
The process of preparing, selecting and applying to college is being transformed by the explosion of online resources. As a college counselor or college representative, you may feel you are expected to know all about these resources, stay on the cutting edge of options available and be current in your assessment of their accurateness and value. This one-day workshop, presented in cooperation with the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), focuses on providing tools and strategies for searching, evaluating, and using online resources. Participants will receive a resource guide as part of the course.
