NACAC offers several membership categories. Choose the one that's right for you by downloading the appropriate membership application from the list below. Institutional

For primary, secondary schools, and colleges or universities located in the United States. All institutions must be degree granting, accredited and not-for-profit.

Nonvoting Institutional Membership*

Educational Institutions Eligible for Nonvoting Membership

All Institutional membership types include one membership for a Principal Representative whose professional responsibilities include providing services and/or products to college admission or financial aid profession.

Additional individuals employed at the institution may be added.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Institutions that award a degree or a diploma and are operated as a for-profit entity (proprietary) are not eligible for membership.

Institutional (Outside US)

For primary, secondary schools, and colleges or universities located outside the United States. All institutions must be degree granting, accredited and not-for-profit.

Professionals who are employed by institutions or organizations that have not joined NACAC but are eligible for voting or nonvoting membership.
Professionals employed by non-voting member institutions.

Note: Independent Counselors/Educational Consultants MUST complete a

recommendation form that will accompany the membership application.

Organization

For profit or non-profit organizations that provide products or services to counseling, admission or financial aid professionals or students.

Note: Dues expire December 31 of the current year for applications approved January through September. Applications approved from October to December will expire December 31 of the following year.
