In this one-day workshop, the 10 keys of success to starting and building your independent counseling practice will be presented in cooperation with the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). Whether you are considering a career change or looking for solutions to the challenges you’ve experienced since going out on your own, you’ll gain the resources and knowledge you need, from business skills (marketing, contracts) to the vast differences between school-based and independent consulting, including parent involvement, field research and more.
This workshop is targeted to school-based counselors or admission representatives considering a switch to private college counseling.
